Working with Transgender and Gender Expansive Youth
People want to approach the trans and gender expansive community respectfully but don’t always know how. This program will inform them of common topics/concerns in working in the community and give them some language and understanding to fill this gap.

Learners will become familiar with various ways in which people transition and basics of medical and surgical intervention to affirm the client.
Learners will review ways in which to make the office/clinic friendly to the LGTQIA community.
