The course outline manages the requirements (course objects) for completing the course. It is the steps the learner will complete. Note: The Credit Object will automatically appear by default.
Add Certificate.
Add Webform. This is the course evaluation. After you finish the Course Outline, you will go back to edit the evaluation (Step Five).

Title & Description. Change “Webform” to Complete Course Evaluation.
Settings. Leave Default: Enabled, Visible and Require should be checked.
Webform. Skip.
Content. Select Use Template. Start typing “Evaluation” to populate the available templates. Choose the template based on course details.

Access. By default, users cannot access the course evaluation until after the start date (first set dates in the date field in the course settings) and it will not be available after the expiration date.
IMPORTANT: if you are using the Ethos registration system to enroll learners in advance, you need to change the access date to match the event start date/time (second set of dates- the live dates).
Add Course Page. Only used for an Enduring Material for content is being viewed in Ethos. This is where you will insert the video link. Add "View Module" or something similar in the title. Your CCEHS contact will help you format video content. Click Update.
Add Quiz. Typically, only used for an Enduring Material. Add "Take Quiz" or something similar in the title. Review separate instructions for formatting. Click Update.
Click and drag to place in the correct order of completion. It is important to place these in the correct order. This is the order that the learner will complete the requirements. Tip: Double check these settings because they may revert back to the original order if you make changes.
