Describe the logistical, legal and ethical challenges of clinical scenarios when patients engage in high-risk behaviors while in inpatient setting.
Identify what elements of your local culture and hospital operations contribute to the challenge of addressing HRNA behavior.
Name and describe 2-3 next steps to implement a strategy to address HRNA behavior at your institution, like educational role-play sessions, EMR note templates, or building of leadership team.
Increase level of comfort with addressing HRNA behavior using suggested management tools.
