Home Study: Transplant Pharmacotherapy: To Immunology and Beyond!

This activity will help provide all pharmacists with a strong baseline knowledge of transplant pharmacotherapy principles as well as clinical pearls and considerations when caring for transplant patients. This activity will allow pharmacists to effectively assess transplant medications and review medication regimens for transplant patients to improve patient outcomes and safety, and minimize adverse effects.

Objective #4: Recognize opportunities to optimize medication management in the pre, peri and post-operative transplant phases of care
