Learning Objectives

Identify IBD treatment advancements and personalized approaches to disease management, appropriate for nurses, social workers, dietitians, and all interested medical professionals.

Encourage more knowledgeable and full-service health professional care and support for patients and families affected by IBD.

Encourage appropriate and supported transitions for young adult patients transitioning from pediatric to adult gastroenterology care and related life experiences.

Benefit from interaction among IBD patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals within a relaxed, educational environment, designed to support networking among all speakers, patients, and caregivers in attendance.
