 The purpose of this program is to provide specific educational sessions to support the development of MI proficiency and coaching skills.   The following specific skills of MI will be reviewed in a three session series:  Part I:  The skill and application of Elicit-Provide-Elicit in health coaching and care management conversations   Part II:  Maintaining a person centered approach  in completing clinical assessments  Part III:  Building skills to support staff in identifying, evoking, and responding to change talk.
