Faculty are inconsistent with holding students accountable for expected behaviors; faculty are inconsistent with what constitutes professional vs unprofessional behaviors. Faculty lack knowledge regarding the consequences of not holding student accountable.  Strategies learned will help faculty to respond to student situations with consistency and confidence, holding the students accountable and helping them grow professionally.
