Ageless Wisdom Train the Trainer

This program will define normal and abnormal aging changes while allowing the audience to participate in interactive exercises. Detailed instructions on how to deliver this program as a trainer will be provided to build capacity in educators across organizations.

After completing this training, participants must sign the terms and conditions document if they plan to present this program. Please see a copy of the terms and conditions document (available under ‘additional information’ section).

There are optional vision condition/disorder stimulation glasses that can be purchased for trainers to use when presenting this program to others. Please contact UPMC Senior Services for more information.

2. Identify and experience changes as a result of disease and disability associated with the aging process.

3. Recognize the personal, interpersonal, and social factors that can impact an individual’s aging experience.

4. Discuss supportive strategies that outline strategies to manage the changes.
