Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to define best practice processes to promote the strategic implementation and optimization of a patient-member engagement platform. Upon completion of this activity, participants will understand how Prescription for Wellness enables providers to practice patient centric care to achieve the Quintuple Aim.
