Centers of Excellence (COE) Virtual Learning Session
The COEs provided feedback that they wanted more information on the COE Reports and COE data from PittPERU and then how to move from reviewing the data to planning next steps. The COEs are beginning to review data that they create or that PittPERU provides to them but want best practice examples based on those COEs that are showing improved data on engagement and retention of clients, increased community partnerships and addressing the relationship between physical health and mental health.
