Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity:

Participants will understand the work up of a Tele-ID consultant and improve the management of patients requiring Infectious Disease consultations.
Participants will have a clear grasp of when to treat and NOT treat positive urine cultures.
Participants will be able to identify key exam components of the patients history combined with physical exam findings to treat skin and soft tissue infections.
Participants will be able to appropriately treat and diagnose communicty acquired pneumonia based on risk factors and clinical setting.
