Obstetrical Neurology Conference

To educate physicians and residents in the field of Neurology as well as residents, nurse practitioners, midwives and physicians in the field of Obstetrics on issues where the fields of Neurology and Obstetrics intersect. The one day long course will feature speakers from multiple disciplines including Neurology, Obstetrics, Anesthesia, Neuroradiology and Neuro Oncology. Subjects covered include Preeclampsia/Eclampsia, Headache management, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuro-oncology, Stroke, Transgender considerations, and Neurologic complications of Obstetrical Anesthesia.

Target Audience

Neurology attendings, residents and nurse practitioners, Obstetrical attendings, residents, midwives and nurse practitioners, EEG technicians and Obstetrical Anesthesiologists. 

Learning Objectives

Update practitioners in the fields of Neurology, Obstetrics and Obstetrical Anesthesia on issues involving management of neurologic disease in pregnancy.
