Opioid Use Disorder - Creating an Inpatient Pathway at St Clair Health
The stigma surrounding opioid use disorder (OUD) remains a barrier to optimal treatment. We have historically lacked a viable inpatient pathway to provide inpatients with concurrent OUD evidenced-based treatment options to engage patients in ongoing in-hospital treatment with subsequent bridge to after-hospital substance use resources.
