PA PQC Lehigh Capital Regional Learning Session - September 21, 2023
The webinar will bring together the PA PQC hospital teams and the community based organizations for the area to potentially create new partnerships so that the the local resources will have a hospital connection and the hospital team will have an organization to help them work on their initiatives, especially as mom and baby return to the community.
