To provide an opportunity for collaboration and partnership of community partners and healthcare teams from birthing hospitals across PA. The session will focus on the recognition of Urgent Maternal Warning Signs, how partners can use this information to help support pregnant and post-partum individuals in the community, and identify ways hospital teams and community partners can best support each other.
