Person-centered Approach for Sharing Information & Advice: Health Coach Academy by UPMC
This Motivational Interviewing skills building will support staff with a model for providing information in a person-centered way. Learners will review core Motivational Interviewing concepts like Elicit – Provide – Elicit and menu of options. Learners will then review case studies and practice using common case scenarios in their setting.
