PCMH 2025 Blood Pressure Control and Asthma Medication Ratio Sprint - Session #2

April 10, 2025

Members of the healthcare team will develop a deeper understanding of the root cause(s) for the sprint key interventions and application of modifications to the interventions based on feedback and results from quality improvement tools, such as PDSA. Particpants will also engage in facilitated peer-to-peer learning around finding solutions to common implementation obsticles. The session will also include practices to enhance current approaches to asthma management.
