There is a statewide delay in finding dental treatment and so the PCMHs will be presented with ways to incorporate dental heath into their primary care practices. The PCMH team will also be provided with example workflows, best practices and recommendations on how to make referrals/warm handoffs to dental providers if necessary.

- How to provide fluoride varnish and bill 99188,
- Setting up the structures for providing fluoride varnish in primary care settings
- Dental health training/education resources in PA
- Dental health team roles (dentists, hygienists, Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner, dental health navigators, Social Workers and CHWs) and online tools to search for providers and hygienists in each region
- Educational materials and campaigns for providers and patients (e.g., dental health and care for pregnant individuals)
- MCOs’ roles in accessing dental health providers (especially when initial provider referrals result in waiting lists)

- How does your PCMH refer patients to specialty dental providers? (e.g., Temple dental school)
