This course was designed because when preceptors are engaged in teaching and supporting new learners, the new learners feel welcomed and encouraged to learn and take on a new role. When new learners feel supported they can function with other members of the healthcare team, thus providing safe and competent care to the patients and families.

 

In order to claim your credits, you must first view the presentation on the NICU APP TEAMS page then complete the quiz on the CCE website with a passing score of 80%.  Once the quiz is completed, you must complete the evaluation and claim your credits.
