New medications and new guidelines are constantly being released. Pharmacists need a mechanism to keep up with these new medications and guidelines.

Anticoagulation is a cornerstone of treatment for antiphospholipid syndrome. The goal of this study is to describe the data amongst available trials supporting anticoagulation with warfarin or a direct oral anticoagulant.
