Pulse: You take my breath away: Tenecteplase for the treatment of acute pulmonary embolism

New medications and new guidelines are constantly being released. Pharmacists need a mechanism to keep up with these new medications and guidelines.

Currently, TNK is approved for myocardial infarction only, but is used off label in therapy for ischemic strokes. TNK is a viable alternative to alteplase in acute PE and would be beneficial in practice due to its ability to be an IV push
