  • Better understanding of quality improvement principles needed to effectively and efficiently navigate the social care services for their clients.
  • Apply the systematic thinking of quality improvement principles to build communication pathways
  • Define workflows to work with clients, care team members, and other service agencies. 
  • Applying knowledge for how to use key tools in quality improvement 
  • Applying the skills of process mapping and root cause analysis can provide a structure for consistent use of quality improvement methodology.
  • Understand principles will provide them with the skills to better communicate and navigate their shared clients throughout the HIV care continuum.
