  1. Review the results of updated genetic testing performed through My Retina Tracker and discuss the utility of updated testing moving forward. 
  2. Evaluate current genetic testing laboratory reporting practices with the ABCA4 hypomorphic variant. Assess inconsistencies and the potential implications that the varied reporting procedures of the c.5603A>T (p.Asn1868Ile) variant could have for patients. 
  3. Analyze ABCA4-disease related cases, the impact of the c.5603A>T (p.Asn1868Ile) variant and segregation studies.
