The Science of Medicine: Developing the Next Generation of Physician Scientists
Target Audience
Physicians, physician-scientists, fellows-in-training, medical residents, MD and MD/PhD students, nurses, basic and translational researchers, public health experts, and other healthcare or academic professionals with a major clinical or research interest in medicine.
Learning Objectives
This educational opportunity demonstrates to trainees and physician-scientist how scientific advances at the bench are being applied to bedside medicine and vice versa, including the critical role of physician-scientists in this process.
Upon completion of this conference, the attendees should be able to:
Demonstrate translation of scientific advances to clinical medicine and the role of physician-scientists in this process;
Recognize the new role of artificial intelligence in science and medical care;
Provide concrete actions that trainees and physician-scientists can take to strengthen their scientific careers and impact.

All cancellations must be in writing and sent to us via U.S. mail (see contact information below) or email to [email protected]. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Tuition for cancellations postmarked or date stamped before August 31 will be refunded in full in the form of the original payment method. After August 31, a $50 administrative fee will be assessed and the remaining amount refunded. No refunds will be made after September 8.
