The purpose of this educational activity is to create awareness on why self-care is important for health care providers, and to give ideas to cultivate a lifestyle that includes more self-care.

Erin Commendatore has been leading trainings, workshops, and retreats since 2001. She oversees LifeSolutions Mindfulness program, which also includes self-care strategies and management.
CCM CE will be provided: 1 CE and sent from UPMC Health Plan nurse planner
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, University of Pittsburgh is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit.
