Spinning Babies
Patients are often laboring in beds in one position, on their backs that can lead to dysfunctional long labors. Dysfunctional labor can lead to more c-sections. The labor teams (nurses, midwifes and physicians) do not understand the benefits of different labor positions, or ways to get babies to reposition, to promote a active and functional labor.
