State of the Science Symposium
This annual conference is presented by the Center for Rehabilitation Science Research, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Uniformed Services University for the Health Sciences, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Defense Health Agency, and Human Engineering Research Laboratories at the University of Pittsburgh. The tentative topic for this symposium is 'Rehabilitation in Resource Limited Environments.'
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this course, healthcare professionals with knowledge of rehabilitation in resource-limited environments can enhance patient care by providing cost-effective, appropriate, and sustainable rehabilitation services. They become better equipped to work within constraints, adapt to the needs of their patients, and drive positive health outcomes in challenging contexts.
