Understand how autistic people think, communicate, and experience the world differently than non-autistic people.

Learn to support autistic people without causing unintentional harm.

Consideration the risk factors to take when supporting an autistic person using the warning signs of the general public.

Understand sensory challenges, masking / camouflaging, communication differences, and how reaching out for support can be a formidable, unfamiliar task.
