Learning Objectives
1. Realize the widespread impact of trauma in our society.
2. Recognize signs and symptoms of unresolved psychological trauma in patients.
3. Understand the consequences of a traumatic birth on the trauma survivor and her child.
4. Understand the importance of collaborative care and shared decision making to improve outcomes in this patient population.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by the University of Pittsburgh and The Jewish Healthcare Foundation.
