Understanding Generational Differences in the Workplace
This course will provide staff members with knowledge about inter-generational differences and strategies for interacting with today's multi-generational workforce which will enable them to become a more effective and successful team.
Discharge planning teams intersect with many other disciplines in their work to ensure a safe discharge plan for our patients. The interprofessional healthcare team is also inclusive of many generations and the strategies and techniques provided through this educational session will lead to more effective interactions among the whole team.
