Target Audience
This course is designed for UPMC Advanced Practice Providers and students enrolled in area APP programs.
Learning Objectives
Discuss the support and resource options for immigrant patients and families.
Discuss advances in oncology therapies; including immunotherapy in the solid tumor patient population and CART therapy in hematologic malignancy.
Discuss the proper use of non-invasive ventilation in patients with acute respiratory failure.
Discuss and identify perioperative considerations for the pregnant patient population.
