Learning Objectives

Educate participants on the latest evidence-based practices and methodologies in quality improvement to bridge the existing knowledge gaps among advanced practice providers.

Equip attendees with the necessary skills for effective project management, data analysis, and team leadership to drive successful quality improvement initiatives within their clinical settings.

Foster improved collaboration and communication among interprofessional healthcare teams, including PAs and nurses, to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts in implementing quality improvement projects.

Provide practical strategies and tools to help participants effectively translate theoretical knowledge into actionable improvements in patient care and clinical processes, leading to enhanced performance and better patient outcomes.
