2.    Review new models in the delivery of care that optimize the UPMC delivery platform.
3.    Explore opportunity for collaboration and integration of the payer provide IDFS structure to improve health outcomes, address healthcare disparities and improve overall cost.
4.    Provide a platform for Physician leaders to learn from each other while working in a very complex system.
