The Urologic Patient in the Community Hospital Setting: A Review
Better interplay between urologic clinicians and nursing staff. Nursing staff more aware of the needs of, and concerns in, urologic patients and ready to present to clinicians concerning pertinent findings. Clinicians will have knowledge of background training of nurses allowing for appropriate discussion by not patronizing nor on the other end being overly technical in discussions.

Explain urologic procedures/surgeries, expected post-op recovery, and red flags for nursing staff
