That’s why UPMC created The Wellness System: a private, virtual coaching program designed to support your well-being, sharpen your leadership, and restore clarity and energy in your work and life.
What You’ll Get
This isn’t a generic workshop—it’s personalized, one-on-one coaching led by trained wellness and leadership experts from our facilitation partner, High Performance. Over eight virtual sessions, you’ll work on:
- Eliminating burnout by reconnecting your daily work to a deeper purpose
- Increasing emotional intelligence to manage stress and patient interactions more effectively
- Achieving work-life balance using practical tools for time and task management
You’ll also take two self-awareness assessments (DISC + Leadership Health Assessment) and receive a custom wellness and leadership plan tailored to your needs.
