• Review innovative strategies related to rapid response systems, including processes, electronic medical record adaptations, system designs, and smart machines.

• Analyze the best practices related to addressing advanced directives.

• Identify de-escalation tools for utilization after a rapid response event with providers, patients, and families.

• Review rapid response event documentation including who documents, how documentation is completed, and potential documentation challenges.

• Compare rapid response team event debriefing models including immediate and post debriefing.

• Discuss lessons learned and changes made through the implementation of the mock code program.

• Identify training models related to the rapid response systems and future directions for training.
