Youth Sport for Lifelong Health - Recorded

Children, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic are less fit than ever and physical activity continues to move in the wrong direction. On the flip side, due to sport specialization is becoming more of a concern. This course will review myths beyond youth strength training and sports specialization.
