Learning Objectives

The attendees will learn to assess and establish trust rapidly with health care team members and patients/families. The attendees will become familiar with providing trauma informed care that enhances patients’ ability to trust the health care team. The attendees will be able to describe key behaviors that minimize liability risk by enhancing patient and team member trust.
