Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, the participant will be able to utilize available resources to produce a research or QI protocol.
Upon completion of this activity, the participant will submit a research or QI protocol to the UPMC of Central PA IRB or UPMC QRC for consideration within 1 year.
Upon completion of this activity, the participant will be able to identify two reasons why it is important to participate in QI or research.
Upon completion of this activity, the participant will be able to formulate a PICOT question to inform a literature search.
Upon completion of this activity, the participant will be able to navigate to the UPMC Health Sciences Digital Library.
Upon completion of this activity, the participant will be able to conduct a literature search using a database like PubMed or CINAHL.
Upon completion of this activity, the participant will be able to identify types of variables and level of measurement.
