Forward4th Annual Dena Hofkosh Symposium
The Hofkosh Pediatric Educator Symposium is designed to provide a platform for pediatric educators to explore innovation and learn best practices in training physicians. The agenda includes opportunities for elevating educational scholarship, faculty development in medical education, research consultation, focused symposium sessions including med ed talks, a workshop, and a session focused on a method for fellow teaching.
Learning Objectives
As a result of this symposium learners will be able to:
1. Describe current innovative medical research being performed at UPMC CHP
2. Describe top medical education research articles of 2023
3. Apply skills in communication with trainees about diverse learning needs across the continuum of the learners
This activity is approved for the following credit AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Other health care professionals will receive a certificate of attendance confirming the number of contact hours commensurate with the extent of participation in this activity.
