Self‑learning worksheet designed to provide practice with neurologic assessment and clinical decision‑making in the pediatric population, with emphasis on recognizing and responding to acute neurologic changes and common postoperative neurologic considerations. Learners will complete a series of multi‑step questions focused on identifying, assessing, and responding to neurologic findings such as altered level of consciousness, seizures, emergence delirium, increased intracranial pressure, and other neurologic red flags encountered in pediatric same‑day surgery and PACU settings. Responses will be submitted in a test‑style format to receive credit for participation. Upon completion of the 8-10 page worksheet, staff will be required to review relevant policies, Lippincott guidance, and unit‑based resources to support accurate clinical reasoning and safe nursing practice. Staff will have the opportunity to collaborate with the educator to ask questions, review case scenarios, and strengthen clinical judgment related to pediatric neurologic assessment, escalation of care, and postoperative monitoring. Nurses will submit completed answers via Microsoft Forms. A score of 100% is required to be eligible for CEU credit.
