COE Harm Reduction and Quality Improvement

The activity will provide an overview of the benefits of Harm Reduction for the COE healthcare team. It will explain the reasons why choosing harm reduction is beneficial for the patient, to meet them where they are at, and also provide the background evidence and the resources available to them.
