Ageless Wisdom Train the Trainer

In Ageless Wisdom, this program will define normal and abnormal aging changes while allowing the audience to participate in interactive exercises. Detailed instructions on how to deliver this program as a trainer will be provided to build capacity in educators across organizations.
After completing this training, participants must sign the terms and conditions document. Please see a copy of the terms and conditions document attached below to review.
There is an optional supplies bin that can be purchased for trainers to use when presenting this program to others (the bin cannot be purchased through the CCEHS website). Please contact UPMC Senior Services for more information.

- Identify and experience normal changes as we age.
- Identify and experience changes as a result of disease and disability associated with the aging process.
- Discuss golden rules that outline strategies to manage the changes.
- Interpret aging as a positive experience.

This program will define normal and abnormal aging changes while allowing the audience to participate in interactive exercises. Detailed instructions on how to deliver this program as a trainer will be provided to build capacity in educators across organizations.
This program will occur as a Microsoft Teams meeting. Individuals can join through the Teams app, a web browser (suggested browsers are Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome; no software download is required), or through their phone.
