• Allow physicians to hear firsthand from UPMC leaders about their successful career journeys; and what they have learned about leading along the way.

• Understand that Imposter Syndrome is common and how to navigate it as a leader.

• Explore and define executive presence: what it is, why it’s important and how to develop the skills needed to assist with leading team and achieving organizational goals

• Learn the resources available for physicians at UPMC.
