Attendees will have a better understanding on how to more effectively work with Medicare Advantage, including how to contract effectively, manage successfully, and understand its future trends. Staffing models will also be discussed to better meet the needs of our staff and patients while adhering to staffing ratios and utilizing staff skill sets.
