Course Objectives:
This program is designed to equip healthcare leaders and clinicians with practical insights and strategies to advance population health management. Through sessions on the application of artificial intelligence in care management, innovations in metabolic health, the evolving role of population health management in overall system strategy, and the latest regulatory updates, participants will gain knowledge and skills to enhance care delivery, improve patient outcomes, and align organizational strategy with emerging trends and compliance requirements.
