Nurse leaders completed AONL leadership survey and leaders responded low with understanding of leadership models and what is CAS. The models and CAS will be reviewed in this course.
Upon completion of this course the learner will be able to:
- Describe different leadership styles.
- Describe how CAS can be applied to nursing.
