Program Description: RiTE addresses the mission to reimagine new ways of advancing patient-centered health care. Working towards developing a culture of aligned and accountable transformational leaders to enhance the work environment experience as well. The sessions are also geared toward leadership development and advancing the participants leadership skills. The RiTE sessions will impact the interprofessional healthcare team by creating an environment where people want to work and physicians aspire to practice. The leaders will create an environment where employees identify opportunities, create solutions and engage in positive change. This is one of a few forums that combines interdisciplinary service lines across the Health Services Division (HSD) to share best practices and spread throughout the division.
