Jody Glance, MD and Tusihita Mayanil, MD will define these common terms and introduce how they can be used to guide behavior in our personal and professional lives.

Exercise

Beth Hoffman will introduce the characters and plots point before playing each of five video clips highlighting the role language plays in addressing DEI issues. After each video clip, participants will engage in a discussion of which of the glossary terms were most relevant to situation depicted in the video and why in a discussion moderated by Ms. Hoffman.
