PCMH 2026 Behavioral Health Integration Sprint Session #2 - JHF
Members of the care team will learn about evidence based strategies for addressing behavioral health integration in primary care settings, with an emphasis on care team roles in supporting screening and follow-up. The session will also include peer-to-peer learning related to implementation of PDSA cycles for behavioral health improvements and guidance on PDSA implementation.

1:10 p.m. to 1:35: p.m. – – Speaker TBD: Optimizing engagement with integrated behavioral health teams in primary care, for depression and other health issues
1:35 p.m. to 2:20 p.m. – Sprint session participants share PDSAs
Questions include:
- Describe the PDSA cycle goal.
- Describe the specific intervention/approach and the steps the PCMH is taking to implement it.
- How will you know this intervention/approach has taken hold? (in other words, what changes do you expect to see and how are you measuring these?)
2:20 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Sprint Timeline, Next Steps & Evaluation
